Do you ship internationally? What are the shipping fees?

We offer worldwide shipping. During our store promotion, orders over $200 enjoy free shipping. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

How long is the production time?

Under normal scheduling, production takes 7–10 days. In case of high demand, we will communicate a revised timeline.

How can I be sure of the product quality before shipping?

Before dispatch, we will send a 360° video of your finished product via Email or WhatsApp, showcasing its size, details, and materials. Shipment will proceed only after your confirmation.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Can I buy doll outfits separately?

Yes, if you’ve previously purchased a complete doll. Please note that shipping fees will apply to standalone outfit orders.

Are the materials safe for children?

Yes, our dolls are made from soft mink-style yarn and cotton-based trims. However, due to small accessories, we recommend for ages 6+ under supervision.

I don’t know what to choose. Can you help me design?

Absolutely! Just let us know your style preferences (e.g. soft, vintage, bright), and we’ll suggest a doll + outfit combination for you.

Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes, we accept bulk orders, though they require a longer production period. For shipments to the same address, we can offer a discount.
